One of my favorite school events is almost upon us – parent teacher conferences. Tomorrow, March 14 from 6 – 8:30 pm and Friday, March 15 from noon to 2:30 pm, all parents, family and guardians are welcomed into the school to talk about our favorite subject: our students. This is such an important and enjoyable occasion for me because every chance I get to talk about any of my students with those who know him or her best, I gain a much more 3-dimensional understanding of this young adult. Every bit of extra knowledge about a student helps both me and them to make more out of our time together. Parents, we’re ready for you to come, and have prepared by organizing all of their work so far in chronological order so that it’s ready for you to review. Please talk to your kids about our Historic Preservation class and come with your questions or comments. Our plate of cookies is ready! Ms. Diaz and I will offer you a snack and some discussion.
