Here are the short answer questions from Test #1. You should do corrections if you scored under 15 points on the short answer. You cannot make corrections on the extra credit. If you scored under a 65 don’t forget to have your test signed!!

 

  1. Why did European nations want to establish colonies in the New World?

  

  1. How did the relationship between Native Americans and the Colonists impact the colonies?

  

  1. How did geography influence the economic system in the colonies? Give examples.

  

  1. How did the Treaty of Paris, 1763, change the lives of the French? The British? The Colonists?

  

  1. How did Britain’s relationship change with the colonists after the French and Indian War?

  

  1. How did the colonies reaction to Britain’s taxes affect their future?
