Geometry: Parallel and Perpendicular Lines

Students should be able to do the following tasks (click here for videos):

  • Identify the slope of a line given its equation
  • Identify two pairs of parallel or perpendicular lines.
  • Determine if two lines are parallel or perpendicular.
  • Write the equation of a line parallel or perpendicular to a given line passing through a given point.

This week we will be working on regents problems in the green book #1-42.
