1. Signed Student’s Contract
2. Parent/Guardian’s Survey
3. Your supplies (binders, pocket folder, dividers (5 tabs), pencils, pens, highlighter and ruler)
4. All class notes that have been passed out
5. Your homework for Class Notes Aim 3
6. Extra Credit – Poster of the SUCCESS Standard located in the SUCESS Packet (5 points toward the quiz on Friday)
