What you need to study:

1. Present progresive (estar + -ing)

• Review the conjugation of estar (to be).
• Know how to change a verb into the -ing conjugation.

-ar verbs have the -ando ending.

-er/-ir verbs have the -iendo ending.

Model: I am writing. –> Yo estoy escribiendo.

2. Ir + a + infinitive

• Review the conjugation of ir (to go).
• Remember NOT to conjugate the verb following ir a. (Leave it in the infinitive form!)

Model: I am going to write. –> Yo voy a escribir.
