Brooklyn Summer HEAT (Help Employ Ambitious Teens) employment applications are available online at www.brooklyn-usa.org.  Students must be 16-18 years old by July 8, 2013, live in Brooklyn and include the following with the application:

Resume.

HS transcript (cumulative average of 70% or above), letter of recommendation from school official, religious leader, civic organization leader, or elected official.

A typed, one-page essay written by the applicant in which he/she discusses the following question – What personal qualities make a successful employee?
