Ir – to go and Jugar – to play
yo voy yo juego
tú vas tu juegas
el/ella va el/ella juega
nosotros vamos nosotros jugamos
ellos/as van ellos/as juegan
To say, I go to… you need the preposition “a”. Yo voy a… When a is followed by “el” combine the two to form “al“. (a+el = al). “a” is also used after jugar with a sport. Yo juego al basketbol.
Examples: Yo voy a la escuela.
Yo voy a el = Yo voy al parque.
