Recruitment season has begun and it is time for eighth grade students citywide to choose what high school they will attend next year. The staff at WHSAD is looking for the future designers and builders of our great cities and we welcome all who are interested in joining our school community. Because we know this is a busy and stressful time for the families of incoming ninth graders, we are posting here the full contents of our recruitment packet for your convenience. We hope that you consider WHSAD as one of your choices.
Please remember that priority placement for next year’s ninth grade seats will be given to all students who attend one of our open house events. If you are unable to attend one of these scheduled events, you will be awarded priority placement if you attend a personal tour with our parent coordinator, Ms. Chu. Our scheduled open house events take place on:
Saturday, October 3rd, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
Tuesday, October 6th, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Tuesday, October 27th, 2015 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Saturday, November 7th, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.
