Historic Site Project

As part of your first marking period grade you must visit a historic site from the list below. After visiting the location you must write at least 2 paragraphs about your visit and what you learned. You will also need to bring back proof of your visit (ticket stub, receipt) and pictures. Your write up should be typed and include your pictures.

Due Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2015

Historic Sites to Visit:

  • Governors Island
  • Hamilton Grange
  • African Burial Ground
  • Federal Hall
  • Clinton Castle
  • Grant’s Tomb *Extra Credit because of distance
