MINUTES

1. Meeting is called to order by Ms. Ortiz.

1. Ms. Ortiz shared with parents all the topics that were addressed during the SLT meeting (See SLT Minutes).  On the subject of the upcoming SAT/PSAT day, she ran down the challenges of programming for a regular day in combination of administering the SAT/PSAT. An option is to apply for SAT/PSAT day to be a non-instructional day.  This way, students come in to take the exam and leave at the end of the test.

The proposal is put to vote and by the show of hand, all the parents agreed to apply to make

 SAT/PSA a non-instructional day.

The meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
