The last session with Workforce 1, the students reviewed their resume and prepared a 30 second elevator pitch. An elevator pitch is a 30 second description of their skills, experiences and education.
Today, Workforce 1 allowed the students to deliver their elevator pitch, while the other students listeneed and made comments and suggections about their speech.
The students were placed in groups. Each read their resume and the facilitator gave them sugestions on how to improve and update their resume.
