Algebra Performance Task: Writing Stories about Graphs

How do we relate graphs to events?

For our first performance task you are to write a detailed story about Isaac and his friends incorporating the information you observed in the four graphs provided.  This assignment is worth 20 points and will be graded based on the following criteria:

1) Mathematical Terminology and Reasoning

2) Creativity

3) Explanation and Accuracy

4) Neatness, Organization, Spelling and Grammar

5) Working with others

This assignment is due by Monday September 16th.
