SWBAT: Apply techniques such as pinching, pulling, stretching to create a 3d  gargoyle

distinguish additive and subtractive sculpting methods.

build foundation using paper and clay.

Today we started working in clay. We were focusing on creating the base form from which we can develop our features tomorrow. We used newspaper to fill our 3 D form. The paper stabilizes the clay it also saves material.

We first created pinch pots you can check out this link. ( http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Pinch-Pot )  We are using the pinch pot as a way to create our form for our gargoyle.
