Girls Who Code

Girls WHo Code_Post_1

Girls Who Code is a club which started at WHSAD in the Spring, 2014 semester and will be meeting every Friday afternoon. Taught by programmers from Tumblr, it provides an introduction to computer programming. As part of this program, we will be learning to create to create apps and games.

Most of us are currently working with a program called Scratch, which was developed by MIT. It is a basic program which introduces the logic

and building blocks of more complicated programming languages. Check back, as wee will soon share some media with you.
