Geometry Assignments: Transversal
For the last few days we have been exploring special angle relationships formed when two parallel lines are cut by a transversal. Remember their names and where these angles are located (as the diagram may be different). If two parallel lines are cut by a transversal, then their alternate interior angles are congruent. If two parallel lines are cut by a transversal, then their alternate exterior angles are congruent. If two parallel lines are cut by a transversal, then their corresponding angles are congruent.
