Present Progressive Notes 4-20-15

The term present progressive is a fancy way of describing actions happening right now.

You know it in English as the verb “to be” followed by a second verb that ends with –ing ? I’m talking.

In Spanish, the present progressive is constructed in a similar way.

We use the verb estar first and end the second verb with –ando­ or –iendo.
